Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Express Postage available for all orders placed before 12pm.

Shipping rates & estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Our shipping cost combines postage & handling and is calculated as follows:-

  • Flat rate $4.00 shipping applies to all orders within Australia.

  • Australia Post Express Delivery $9.00

How to check status of order

All orders are delivered with Australia Post.

If delivering via Standard Delivery, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. No tracking will be available. Please allow 5-7 days for standard deliveries within Australia. Please allow 20-25 days for standard deliveries outside Australia.

If delivering via Express Post, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eachglo.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds and exchanges for change of mind items.

We try our very best to package and send our products so that they maintain their structure. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eachglo.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
